Founded in 1987, Move to Learn ® is an internationally recognised provider of a range of information, services and products to enable people to overcome learning difficulties (or learning disabilities).

The late Barbara Pheloung who sadly died in 2015, was the founder of Move to Learn.  She spent over 35 years gathering and developing techniques which have helped thousands of children to go on to complete their education and achieve high standards of literacy and numeracy.

She poured this vast experience into her books and DVD, and shared her insights in seminars and conferences all over the world.

Together with her colleagues, Barbara developed the Move to Learn Movement Program, which has been shown to initiate dramatic improvements in a student’s ability and capacity to learn. The program can be used in the home but it is also an ideal tool for the classroom.
